These cabinets are solid maple with a light antique stain. The Mission style cabinetry was chosen to give a country kitchen appearance. We added the large crown moulding to tie in with the existing crown moulding.

The centerpiece is a solid maple custom vent hood built with a mission style face to match the surrounding custom cabinetry. The medallion in the center is a Texas State Seal that has been milled into the solid maple front. It was added after the stain so that it could be finished with the same lacquer finish as the cabinets to prevent aging.

This custom vent hood has a dual speed, lighted insert built into it and ducted through the wall. There are many inserts available for this style of application.
